Work Experience: 0.6 – 2 years in Tele-calling / Inside Sales / Customer Support

Your Role:

The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining Dubai real estate investment opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage clients confidently over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

  • Explain Dubai real estate project details and investment benefits clearly to clients.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/webinars/site visits with the sales team.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead interaction and status.

  • Follow up regularly with interested clients and nurture long-term relations.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly target metrics including call volume and lead conversion.

  • Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities.

  • Handle queries professionally and route complex inquiries to senior team members.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confidence, persuasive ability, and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM usage (preferred).

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / Higher Secondary with experience in tele-calling.

  • Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or luxury product sales preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
