Conduct sales presentations, property webinars, site visits (virtual & physical), and investment consultation sessions.
Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investment groups.
Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, project launches, pricing, and ROI.
Coordinate with Dubai project teams to provide accurate information to clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and finalize contracts.
Maintain CRM records and track sales activities and pipeline performance.
Work collaboratively with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Attend real estate expos, events, and customer meetings when required.
