Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred)
Work Experience: 1 – 3 years in Real Estate or High-Value Sales
Age: 21 – 35 years

Your Role:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and promoting Dubai real estate projects to potential investors. The role involves understanding client needs, conducting property presentations, advising customers on investment opportunities, and closing sales deals while providing an outstanding client experience. The candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengthening the company’s presence in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert prospective clients interested in Dubai real estate investments.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct sales presentations, property webinars, site visits (virtual & physical), and investment consultation sessions.

  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investment groups.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, project launches, pricing, and ROI.

  • Coordinate with Dubai project teams to provide accurate information to clients.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and finalize contracts.

  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities and pipeline performance.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns.

  • Attend real estate expos, events, and customer meetings when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • Passion for real estate and investment advisory.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

  • Proven track record in real estate sales or luxury/high-value product sales.

  • Experience with the real estate market is an added advantage.
